Wow, I love to sit on my sofa meditate and think. Many of us are amazed at the bias news reporting and are trying to figure out what is fake news and what is real news. We feel discouraged by the lack of clarity of truth. It occurred to me that something else might be happening. What if this is really "out of chaos comes order" process. A process often discussed in a therapeutic setting. The idea that as we break down former patterns we experience a level of chaos as we sort through our feelings to reach a new understanding of who we are as a person. Years ago the Christian Science Monitor was the gold standard for factual news reports. No one mentions them anymore, at least not in my feed. Many of us remember the Walter Cronkite reporting. We are all comforted by his lack of personal commentary and his apparent un-bias approach. Well, it just occurred to me this might be an illusion. Why? Years ago, lots of information did not get reported. The general population did not know about the actual daily extent of racial, religious, and gender bias violence. We did not talk about it. Men were praised for being the strong silent type hero. White men appeared to outgrow their emotions as they aged. This was considered maturity. Men went to work and came home with limited engagement with their children. Sports and hunting were two areas men could bond with their children at least in my world in Tacoma. The arts were on the fringe of acceptability. Years ago people studied history and historical facts were presented an objective reports. Most of us now realize history books are written in a subjective manner. We all learned the accomplishment of heroic white powerful men, with an occasional mention of an Afro-American or woman. George Washington Carver, and Clara Barton are two Americans that I studied. It might be argued that Carver was a "get your hands dirty" farmer, and Clara Barton, the nurse that started the Red Cross, is portrayed as the saintly virtuous women to nurse the hero men in battle. Native Americans were only cast in a positive light if they were leaders of peace. I do not remember any individual Asians being singled out for greatness. What if a new day is dawning partially because of social media, and we are in the mist of healing our truth? For me this idea is a comforting thought of growing awareness leads to understanding, trust, compassion and love. Namaste
My sense is he has a split in his emotional development. That is, he trained himself to be logical and focused on the legal intent of the law. He has focused on achievement through his intellect. However, it appears his emotional maturity has been stunted, thus the nation witnessed a thirteen-year-old emotional response to questions. Personally, I think this hearing had little to do with Bret K. I think it was a vehicle for women to rise up and voice their own trauma about sexual aggression. This hearing reminded women of their own stories. Personally, I like to see men begin to talk about their own sexual abuse stories. The boys that were molested by the mothers, sisters, cousins, teachers, family friends and neighbors. It is particularly difficult for men because instinctively they are protectors. If the statistics are true, 1 in 4 females and 1 in 7 males are sexual abused than we are surrounded by people that have suffered sexual emotional trauma. Many have this sexual trauma in a dusty file marked top secret, never to be acknowledged. Some people continued this behavior because it is how they were raised, and it is familiar pattern of life. My hope is men start talking about these hidden truths. My goal is as human beings we can love and support each other as we all heal our wounds. This is not a male or female issue, this is not a political issue rather it is a human issue about the sacredness of our sexuality.
Suicide Awareness and a Method to Raise Your Vibration of Hope
Monday, September 10this Suicide Global Awareness Day and September is Suicide Awareness month.
It is timely for me because I just learned two people I know committed suicide. One was a dear friend from college and the other was an acquaintance. Both were bright creative souls and successful in their chosen fields. They seemed to have everything to celebrate life and yet they chose to leave this earth plane. Last week I was mourning my loss and cancelled my weekly facebook live TipTop Tuesday. It was too painful and I needed time to process ALL those pesky feelings.
Next, I did research. I read that 7 out of 10 suicides are white males. I will post some links at the end of this blog. It might be helpful for you.
Some of you may know I worked with violent offenders in my early thirties. Homicidal feelings and suicidal feelings are not on the opposite end of the spectrum rather they are the active and receptive actions of the same feelings. I do not believe that these feelings are the same for each individual. Some are full of rage, some full of despair, some both. Some die by their own hand by an act of passion. Others die with a calculated plan of action. We make a big point of talking about the tragedy and make sure we stress. No one is to blame. Often including the person that kills themselves, citing emotional or physical imbalances or both.
I marvel at the idea that no one is to blame. We are a society of should, do better, guilt and shames. Yet, suicide gets a pass. I find that fascinating. We need to ask ourselves, why is that? For each person it might be different. For me it feels like the “should” of our society encase our spiritual creative being of oneness.
Easy fix, sing this little snippet of this wonderful uplifting song as a form of meditation.

On a personal note, I realize that besides feeling suicidal when I am stressed I feel suicidal when I know I need to change some behavior or outlook. However, I do not want to go there, and revisit my emotions or past memories. It feels too overwhelming. I want to stay status quo. I want to stay in what I know even if what I know is not peaceful or useful to my life. It is a push-pull. The suicidal feelings is my Whole Being's way of saying, "Move forward sister or die. " I talked to a friend of mine about this and she has gone through the same experience of rebirthing. When we change it is a form of re-birthing and a part of us dies or fluff off the old, just as a snake sheds their skin to produce an underneath layer of a glorious new skin of survival.

Meditation has been my primary focus on my blog. I have a strong desire to free people from the idea that meditation is for only a chosen few, or that there is only one way to mediate. My message is that meditation practice is as easy as taking a morning shower. Besides finding the type of meditation that works for you, another factor can be your physical space. Some people have their own mediation or a yoga exercise room. This room often has candles, rocks, plants, essential oils, and other assorted items to raise the vibration of the room. I often talk about raising vibration, but, what exactly does that mean? I went to Google on 08/16/2018 and this was the information I found. No further credit was available.
Google stated, “The term is commonly used for the energy levels of electrons in atoms, ions, or molecules, which are bound by the electric field of the nucleus, but can also refer to energy levels of nuclei or vibrational or rotational energy levels in molecules.” This is a great starting point because science has confirmed that cells are dynamic and the vibration energy changes. How does this basic science theory translate into our daily lives? We all experience vibrational energy shifts, but we may not have words in our language to acknowledge them except with slang terms. For instance, when there has been tension in a room, people will say, “the air was so thick you could cut it with a knife”. Dense, heavy, and emotional energy has a lower vibration than light, joyous energy. We feel it. Often birds singing their song raises our vibration of happy. It is hard to beat a morning bird song for inspirational joy.
How does this translate to homes or properties? We have established that everything carries a vibrational energy if it has an atomic base. Everything on earth has an atomic base, thus it has the capacity to change vibrational levels. If you can change your home to a higher frequency you will experience more peace and joy. It really is that simple.

These are all inexpensive ways to raise the vibration of your property. Sometimes this is not enough and people continue to have truly negative experience with their properties. The property feels bad, or seems to attract problems. One example of a low vibrational space was a warehouse that I energetically cleared. The warehouse had a heavy spot in the middle of the floor. The owner told me that a roofer had fallen through the roof, hit the concrete warehouse floor and died. He was not ready to die and the people that witnessed this event were traumatized. This event created a dark energetic circle. The warehouse needed a space clearing as well as a recharge from a higher vibrational frequency. Once my work was completed, the owner was able to quickly rent the space to a happy client. Why was the owner able to do this? Sacredness of Being--Meditation
The breathe is a sacred connection to living in our bodies. Without breathe we die. Rene Decartes, the philosopher said, "I think therefore I am." He concluded when we question our existence, this requires thinking and thus, thinking proves our existence. We are our thoughts. DeCartes is known for being a philosopher but his foundation was mathematics and science. Through mathematics he was able to develop innovations in the subject of philosophy. As we know not all math is linear and follows in a straight line. My understanding is that advance math requires intuition and hunches. Intuition receives new ideas, and thoughts gives the ideas a foundation to build. In recent times, science recognizes the fluidity of our thoughts, and the neo-plasticity of our brains. Brains do many tasks including helping the reasoning logical thoughts and the intuitive inspirations interconnect for successful communicative interactions.. We need both sides of our brains to achieve the best solutions.
Mindfulness Mediation teaches us that our thoughts are not us. This makes sense to me because based on my own observations in meditation thoughts have a lower vibration than our divine spirit. Thoughts only rest on our energetic bodies but are not the whole of us.
Yes, our behavior is an outward sign of our thoughts but to accept this is all of us, creates a limited belief of who and what we are as people. The mind does create our reality but it is maya, or an illusion, based on our limited thought patterns. Some of my generation sought to expand their mind through LSD, and other hallucinative drugs. They wanted to do more than think about life, they wanted to connect with the vibration of the expansion of the universe. Some felt they succeeded in this and others did not. From my observations of infants I believe we are born with the expansive understanding of the universe. We know the essence of our spirit. We know the connective love of unity. It is in our memory files.

Meditation-- Breathe and listen to your breath, now think the word LOVE. Your breath is a reminder of a human existence. The word love is a reminder of our divine connection. .
Yes, this is a being of oneness and sacred awareness, a joyous living though meditation. Meditate for 2-30 minutes. Our divine connection is smiling with love.
Often my focus has been on Divine Feminine for both men and women. Today the mediation focus is about Divine Masculine. Divine Masculine is found in all of us. Divine Masculine is the helper for all of us to stay focused on our own inner truths and our sacred path. This meditation is about connecting ourselves to our action steps.
1. Drink some water.
2. If possible go outside and sit on the ground. If not possible sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground.Be gentle with yourself! have a piece of paper and pen if you are so inclined.
3. Focus on the words Divine Masculine. I am not going to suggest what this might bring to your conscious mind. Rather, I encourage you to notice what these words are opening in your being.
4. If you feel your divine masculine wants you to share, please do.
What is feeling meditation? It is the idea that we connect with our feelings as part of our meditation practice. This type of meditation is very good for all people, yes even people that block their emotions from personal awareness. How do you do this? Ideally, sit outside under a tree or near water. Inside the home works too.
Sit with the idea of listening to your breathe, now bring your breathe to the core of your body and now slowly exhale. After a few minute passes, check in with your body, what emotion or emotions want your focus? Sometimes, they are contradictory. I am feeling joy and sadness at the same time. It is all part of the process, keep feeling and keep breathing. Remember emotions are not bottomless pit, they are a spring well of emotions.
